Something that helped me a lot during my Hungarian Citizenship journey was reading Hungarian novels, watching Hungarian films and researching the lives of Hungarian writers, directors and actors. Diving into the culture this way helped me understand myself and my ancestors better, and gave me plenty to talk about during my citizenship interviews.

 

I haven't kept up my reading/watching practice and want to return to it, with a group of people who also love culture from Hungary and the surrounding areas.  I'm thinking of creating a book and film club and would love your feedback.
